Session 1, on March 15, will look at the importance of your mindset, and how it affects your ability to follow-up. Tara and Rick guide you through defining your goals for a successful follow-up plan and shaping your mindset for success. They'll help you overcome your fears of doing the wrong thing so that you actually are doing something!

Session 2, on March 22, will take you through an assessment of your current plan, and help you tweak it as needed to plan for success. Tara and Rick will help you discover those routines that aren't getting you anywhere so that you stop doing them! This frees you up to focus on exercises that will actually get you somewhere.

Session 3, on March 29, gets you going on working your new plan, repeating the process, fine-tuning as you go along, and finally overcoming those fears that paralyzed you in the first place!
